Entry 7: September 22, 2024

I am very pleased to announce major updated regarding this channel and its direction:

My Portfolio

As previously mentioned, my portfolio website is now live on DesignedByNima.com
What you can do on this platform:
– View all recent projects with highlighted key points
– Have the most up-to-date portal into my work and future plans
– Bridging the gap between Engineering and Civil Engineering

What most of you have been wondering is what I do and who I am. I am a 3rd Year Civil Engineering Student and Real Estate Professional in Toronto on a mission to become one of the most influential Real Estate Developers in the country. With this in mind, all that I have accomplished through the past five years make up only the first 1% of my journey. As time passes, I progress at a faster rate, which is the reason I created this podcast. I want to document and share every step of my journey. This brings me to the next point, our trajectory as a podcast.

Our Trajectory

Considering my wide range of network in the Engineering and Real Estate space, I have planned out the next year of our journey to reflect my interests and leverage my network properly so you can gather the most value possible.

Following directly from this plan the guests you can expect on this show includes:
– Real Estate Professionals
– REALTORs
– Financial Advisors
– Investors
– Business Owners in the space
– Engineering Professionals
– Project Managers
– Civil Consultants (Structural Engineers, Contractors, Builders)

I sincerely hope you are as excited as I am for what the next year holds for this channel.

Next Month

I am pleased to announce that we are working on editing the third episode with Nathaniel Turnah, a talented and intriguing Project Manager working on projects at the heart of Toronto. You will get the chance to see into some of the challenges engineering professionals face and meet someone I know will be a big influence for this channel.

In conclusion,
I hope to give you another major update soon and wishing you all the best.
